Disable Balloon Tips

This feature will allow you to disable or enable displaying balloon notifications in the taskbar notification area.

Windows displays balloon tips or notifications that are designed to be helpful and to provide you with information that you might need to know. Typically they appear in the notification area (system tray). The notification area is located at the far right side of the taskbar. The notification could result from a user action or significant system event, or could offer potentially useful information from Windows or an application, such as update notifications, security notifications, USB device notifications, etc.

As useful as they are, these balloon notifications are sometimes annoying or a distraction at the least in the work. So, if you are annoyed of regular pop-up displays you can disable them.
