Disable Automatic Search for Shared Network Folders and Printers

This tweak allows you to disable or enable automatic search for shared network resources (folders and printers).

If a check mark is set, automatic search for shared network resources are disabled. If a check mark is removed, automatic search for shared network resources are enabled.

By default, automatic search for shared network resources are enabled.

Windows automatically tries to discover shared network folders and printers by crawling your local network (LAN). If you do not need this function and want to save computer resources and reduce the load on your local network, you can disable this function. To do this, use the "Disable Automatic Search for Shared Network Folders and Printers" feature of the Red Button program.
