Install and uninstall Christmas Elf

Install

To install the application, run the setup file and follow the wizard. If you are upgrading to a newer or full licensed version, uninstall your current version prior to installing the new version.

Uninstall

The instructions below will help you manually remove Christmas Elf.

Windows 11:

1. If the program is running, close it: right-click on the Christmas Elf icon in the notification area (near the clock in the lower-right corner of your screen) and select Exit Christmas Elf from the context menu that appears.

2. Open Start menu.

3. Click All apps.

4. Locate Christmas Elf.

5. Right-click on it to choose Uninstall from the context menu.

6. Follow the on-screen instructions to remove the product from your computer.

Windows 10:

1. If the program is running, close it: right-click on the Christmas Elf icon in the notification area (near the clock in the lower-right corner of your screen) and select Exit Christmas Elf from the context menu that appears.

2. Click the Start icon on your taskbar.

3. Click Settings.

4. Click Apps on the Settings window.

5. Locate Christmas Elf and click it.

6. Click the Uninstall button.

7. Follow the on-screen instructions to remove the product from your computer.

Windows 8.1 & 8:

1. If the program is running, close it: right-click on the Christmas Elf icon in the notification area (near the clock in the lower-right corner of your screen) and select Exit Christmas Elf from the context menu that appears.

2. Click the Start icon on your taskbar.

3. Click Control Panel.

4. Click Programs & Features.

5. Locate Christmas Elf and click its Uninstall button.

6. Click Yes when prompted to uninstall the program.

7. Follow the on-screen instructions to remove the product from your computer.

Windows 7 and Windows Vista:

1. If the program is running, close it: right-click on the Christmas Elf icon in the notification area (near the clock in the lower-right corner of your screen) and select Exit Christmas Elf from the context menu that appears.

2. Click the Start icon on your taskbar.

3. Click Control Panel.

4. Click Programs (Windows 7) or Programs and Features (Windows Vista).

5. Click Uninstall a program.

6. Locate Christmas Elf and then click the Uninstall button.

7. Follow the on-screen instructions to remove the program from your computer.

Windows XP:

1. If the program is running, close it: right-click on the Christmas Elf icon in the notification area (near the clock in the lower-right corner of your screen) and select Exit Christmas Elf from the context menu that appears.

2. Click the Start icon on your taskbar.

3. Click Settings.

4. Click Control Panel.

5. Click Add or Remove Programs.

6. Locate Christmas Elf and click Change/Uninstall.

7. Follow the on-screen instructions to remove the program from your computer.
